The process is simple and requires no secrets: open your WhatsApp website, identify the conversation with the audio inserted and click on the “play” symbol to listen to the audio. So if you want to open another conversation, just leave the current chat and go to the next one without interrupting the audio.

A new audio player will be available at the bottom of the chat, which can even be interrupted by the user’s pause. If you want to resume the audio, just click Play again and it will pick up where it left off. If the user wants to disable it and not hear it anymore, just click the “X” and it will be permanently disabled.

How to use Whatsapp Web to access this update?

To connect to WhatsApp on WhatsApp Web, WhatsApp Desktop or Portal, you need to use your mobile phone to scan the QR code.

  • Open WhatsApp on your cell phone;
  • Android: tap More options;
  • iPhone: tap Settings;
  • Tap Connected Devices.
