No maintenance or setup fees, but banks charge fees for excess transactions, late fees, refunds, overseas transactions and cash advances

Milestone® Mastercard®

Issued by the Bank of Missouri, if you are unable to prequalify your own credit card, the bank may recommend a credit card from another issuer to you. There is no monthly card maintenance fee, but in addition to the annual fee, there are cash advance fees (waived for the first year), overseas transactions, over-limit transactions, late fees or refunds. You may only use one Milestone® Mastercard®.

Indigo® Unsecured Mastercard® – Prior Bankruptcy is Okay
